PRATT COUNTY LIMITING PUBLIC ACCESS TO COURTHOUSE

UPDATE ON PRATT COUNTY COURTHOUSE

 

Pratt, KS (March 30, 2020) – On March 28, 2020, Governor Kelly issued Executive Order No. 20-16 (Stay Home Order). The Stay Home Order restricts public activities to certain essential functions and references the Kansas Essential Function Framework (KEFF). Under KEFF 300.9, Pratt County employees are permitted to continue activities relating to the operation of county government. Moreover, certain individuals are permitted to perform essential functions that may require access to government offices within the county courthouse. Pratt County desires to allow access to the county courthouse and government offices, while also limiting potential exposure to and the spread of COVID-19. To that end, access to the county courthouse and government offices shall be by appointment only. To make an appointment, please use the following contact information:
