COMMUNITY HEALTH NEEDS ASSESMENT SURVEY

It's time for the 2021 Pratt County Community Health Needs Assessment Survey. This Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA), is conducted every 3 years for Pratt County by Pratt Regional Medical Center and the Pratt County Health Department with oversight and input from the Pratt Health Coalition.

▪Please take the online survey before March 18th. https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/CHNA2021_Pratt

▪SHARE the survey with as many Pratt County residents as you can and encourage them to complete it.

▪Mark April 22nd on your calendar, we will be conducting a Town Hall meeting on this date starting at 5:00pm.

Public input is important to understanding the healthcare needs for Pratt County. Feedback from our last CHNA revealed the need for an Urgent Care option in our county. Pratt Regional Medical Center is turning that request into a reality as construction is underway for a new Urgent Care clinic, slated to open in Summer 2021.

“We hope that the community will take advantage of this opportunity to provide input into the future of healthcare delivery in our county,” stated by Susan Page, CEO.
