Department Goal
The mission of the department of the Pratt County Treasurer is to provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to all customers in the collection of property taxes, registering vehicles, and titling vehicles. It is also their goal to keep accurate accounting records of all the financial transactions of the county, and to initiate programs that benefit Pratt County taxpayers.

Department Function
The department of Pratt County Treasurer has the primary function of collecting real estate, personal property, intangible and motor vehicle taxes, special assessment, and other miscellaneous taxes for the county, cities, townships, school districts, and other taxing jurisdictions.

The treasurer apportions and distributes such revenue to local taxing units. In addition, the treasurer performs the function of a bank for all revenue-generating county departments.
